"Code Talker" Alfred Peaches joined the U.S. Marines at 17. He spent months on the front lines and in Okinawa relaying vital messages in code about troop movements, casualties and enemy emplacements. Alfred now lives on the Navajo Indian reservation in Winslow, Arizona.
