"Life!" A stray female and her pups....found by the animal rights group " Vier Pfton" in this cardboard box near some markets in Bucharest. The race was on between animal rights and the city dog catchers to round up the street animals, of which Bucharest is alleged to have some 300,000 of them. Vier Pfton were trying to find homes for these dogs, the dog catchers would of exterminated them.
