Relatives morn over the crude coffin of a women who died from bleeding during birth at the Malalia Maternity Hospital in Kabul. The hospital has no supplies let alone blood stocks to thwart off such common deaths in Afghanistan. The family is too poor to afford transporting the body out of the hospital.
