"Grandmother" Alice, 72, hand feeds Caroline, 9, an Amerasian girl who was born handicap and rejected by her mother. Alice adopted her even though she is extremely poor and has cared for Caroline since birth. Caroline volunteers at the Loving Care Street Kids Foundation helping to feed over 100 street children three meals a day, many of whom are Amerasian.
