"Landmine Victim" Jumakhon Dilbar, 28, seeks help for his amputated leg at a newly established free clinic in Saksakol, a refugee village in northern Afghanistan. He is one of 4,000 people each year injured or killed by landmines in Afghanistan where an estimated 10 million landmines still lay buried.
