Protestors gather at the scene of the fatal police shooting of Timothy Thomas where a memorial has been place in the alleyway by Republic Street in Over-the-Rhine. Thomas was shot and killed by a Cincinnati Police officer Saturday April 7, 2001. The shooting lead to one week of protests, riots, and an city imposed curfew leading up to the funeral of this 19-year-old man.
