Sailing the World

Sgt. Onofre Agaton makes his way through steel wires along the side of the Mexican tall ship Cuahtemoc docked in downtown Norfolk Saturday as part of Harborfest. The 297' sail training ship is used by the Navy of Mexico to promote peace around the world. The ship is open to the public for tours during Harborfest.
