Samantha Henderson, 5, jumps from a small boat resting on the banks of the Back River outside her great-grandmother's home on Dandy Point Road. Joyce Harris, Samantha's great-grandmother, has lived on this small area of land near Dandy Point for 33 years. Samantha was anxiously awaiting a boat ride with her uncle.
